This past Saturday my dad, who Mason affectionately knows as Poppa, took Mason fishing. Mason absolutely loves his Poppa, and he has become Poppa's little shadow oer the past year.One thing that they love to do together is go fishinng. Mason, at only 2 years old, can now cast and reel in a real fishing pole, thanks to many hours of fishing with my dad! Mason really likes when they catch fish! My dad will take them off the hook for him and fill up a little bucket, then Mason picks up every one of them, gives the a hug and throws them back into the water!
He has no fear of the fish, and knows exactly how to pick them up!
I can't believe how fast this little guy is growing up, we joke that by age 3 he will be driving around in his own little bass boat! He will stay out and fish with Poppa for hours.
