On Saturday we celebrated Mason's 3rd birthday with a pirate themed party at our house! It is hard to believe that three years have gone by since I held Mason in my arms for the first time! He has grown into such a wonderfully sweet little boy who loves tractors, trucks, Daddy, Momma, baby Tye, and his kitty Boots! He is a delight to be around, and I can't wait to see what God has in store for our little man! We rented a bounce house and slide(compliments of Poppa and Gee) for the kids to play in, and they had a blast...some of the grown ups did too!
Mason picked out his party theme this year, and I had so much fun finding all sorts of pirate stuff online..the Internet is wonderful! This is our table all decked out before the party.
All of the kids got eye patches and pirate hats, and a treasure bag at the party.
My good friend Shelly made Mason's pirate cake, and it turned out awesome! We stayed up until 1 am two nights in a row, with two 2yr olds, and 2babies... needless to say it was a labor of love! Mason didn't see the cake until party time and he LOVED it!!!

Mason and Johnny in the bounce house, some of the kids were even dressed up as pirates!
On the slide.
Brion helped the kids up, and he slid down a few times too!
Daddy and Mason.
Poppa and Ken.
We didn't sing happy birthday this year, Mason decided that the song is "a wittle scawey" so we all just said happy birthday on the count of three, maybe next year.
Mmmm cake, I can't believe that in less than 2 months we will be celebrating Tye's 1st birthday!
Poppa, Gee, Mason, and Tye.
Mason decided that it was time to open his presents, he just walked into the kitchen by himself and started unwrapping them!
Beautiful new boots from Nanna and Pawpaw, Mason loved them, and put them on right after he opened them. Mason wears boots everywhere, and he will look sharp in these new ones!
