About a month ago Mason woke up and the first thing that he said to Brion was "Mason needs baby cat". Mason is our animal lover, and Brion said that if we found a kitten it would be ok to get it for Mason. Well... yesterday we were at Walmart buying diapers with no thoughts of cats, when we heard little meows coming from a box in a lady's car. So...we now have a "baby cat"! Mason loves the movie Shrek, so he affectionately named his little cat "Boots".
Mason insisted on wrapping Boots up in a blankie so she would stay warm.
Then he gave her his fire truck to play with!
