On Monday of this week a crew came and plowed up our front yard to lay down some wonderful new sod!!!! Thanks to Poppa we will have a lush green front and back yard by the beginning of next week! The boys have loved watching this whole process almost as much as they have loved the fact that our entire front yard has been nothing but wonderful dirt for the past couple days!
Our old grass had some sort of a fungus when we built out house and it just never got thick and healthy, but as of this afternoon we now have a beautiful front yard completely covered in 8 pallets of gorgeous grass!
This is a picture that I took on Monday when the tractor was plowing up the yard. Mason has been outside literally for the past 4 days "working" with the guys to put the new sod in.
Mason LOVES dirt!!! I think that he has had an average of 3 baths a day this week just to keep him somewhat clean!
Tye LOVES to eat the dirt...Tye has been inside for a majority of this process due to that fact!
Tomorrow they will start on the backyard, and I'm sure that Mason will be so sad when it is all finished. He has had so much fun watching the tractors, playing with the shovels, and hanging out with the guys! Thanks Dad for our new yard, and thank you Tide with bleach for saving my children's clothes!!!!

What a beautiful place to live and now even more with your beautiful lush green yard to match! Loved the pic of Tye eating dirt---he is all boy!
